For Schools

With over 18 years’ experience of working in Education – including 12 years as an English teacher with a range of leadership roles, an MA in Education and an Executive Leadership coaching on an NPQEL programme and school governance – I am passionate about and committed to supporting the development of effective, equitable and person-centred education system.

I support individuals and teams from middle to senior leadership level in establishing authentic and effective leadership styles, improving school culture and genuinely prioritising staff wellbeing. I am particularly keen on championing the development of strong leaders from underrepresented backgrounds in school leadership.

I offer individual or team coaching sessions; training on specific subjects such as resilience; parental identity and wellbeing and managing transition, as well as bespoke offerings.

I also work with pupils in schools across the country - from those in leading independent schools to those in areas of high social deprivation – introducing crucial, life-long concepts relating to resilience and mindset, confidence and wellbeing. This is often done through the use of personal writing, as an accessible, research-supported tool for supporting personal and professional development.
